Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring in my own design?

Absolutely! Bring us your pictures, sketches, or ideas and we will work with you to design a custom tattoo just for you.

Do I NEED to bring in a design?

Nope! You can just come in with a general idea and we will use our experience and expertise to design your perfect tattoo.

How much does it cost?

Every tattoo is different. Some are less expensive than others of course, but every price is individual to the piece. A number of factors contribute to the cost of a tattoo, including how big it is, where on the body it is being placed, how much detail is involved and how much time it will take. In order to get a price quote on a tattoo you must speak, in person, to one of our tattoo artists. No prices are ever given out over the phone.

How can I pay you?

We accept cash and credit or debit cards. We do NOT accept personal checks or American Express.

Do I need to bring an ID?

Yes! Regardless of your age, you must bring in a valid, government issued ID in order to be tattooed or pierced.

I am under the age of 18. Can I get a tattoo? Can I get pierced?

Yes. Please see our Minor Policy page for all of the requirements.

I have been tattooed or pierced there before. Can't you just look up my information?

No. You need to bring all required ID and documents every time you have a new procedure done.

I am under age 18. Can my sister/brother/aunt/grandma/etc sign for me?

Probably not. Unless the person signing for you is your LEGAL GUARDIAN, they cannot sign for you. If they are, you must provide us with legal guardianship paperwork to prove that this is the case. Please call the shop for more information.

My Mom/Dad/Legal Guardian can't make it to the shop. Can they just write a note, Skype you, send an e-mail?

No. Your parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of any procedure.

I am under age 18. I don't have the legal documents you require for a tattoo/piercing. Can you make an exception in my case?

No.

Is it painful to get a tattoo?

Tattoos and piercings definitely come with some pain. Everybody is different and some people tolerate it better than others. How much it hurts really depends on the individual. We will always do all that we can to work with you and make your experience as comfortable as possible.

Do you charge for drawings?

Yes. We take a small deposit to draw up your tattoo. Being a busy shop means that we have to take deposits if we're going to allocate time to draw something up for you. Please call for more information.

Do I need to make an appointment?

It is generally recommended that you do set up an appointment for a tattoo. We do welcome walk-ins when time allows for it. However, we do tend to stay pretty busy. In order to avoid disappointment, it is best to set up your tattoo ahead of time. We DO NOT accept appointments for piercings, but it is recommended you call ahead for piercing availability. Walk-in tattoos and piercings are done on a first come,

first served basis.

How much is a sleeve?

It all depends. There is no one set price for any particular type of tattoo. For all pricing questions, you will have to come into the shop and speak with an artist.
