MINOR POLICY
If a minor wants to get tattooed or pierced at our studio, it’s important to read our Minor Policy carefully to ensure you have everything you need ahead of time.
We have certain age restrictions in place for tattoos and piercings, so please take the time to get acquainted with them.
ZERO exceptions made
It’s important that you know ahead of time that there will be no exceptions to these policies. What you read below applies to any minor that comes into our shop looking for a piercing or a tattoo.
Documentation required
- An original birth certificate
- A photo ID (school ID, license, passport, etc.)
- Parent or legal guardian must be present at the time of procedure and must also provide a photo ID
- If the last names of the child and parent or legal guardian are NOT the same. You must provide official paperwork explaining why.
- There will be absolutely ZERO exceptions made to these policies.
Age requirements
- No piercing will be performed on anyone under 14 years of age
- No tattoos will be applied to anyone under 16 years of age
- No oral piercing will be performed on anyone under 18 years of age
- No nipple or genital piercing will be performed on anyone under 18 years of age
- Any piercing that is deemed physically unsafe due to someone’s age will not be performed
- Piercer has the right to refuse to perform a piercing for any reason
- There will be absolutely ZERO exceptions made to these policies
